Pilates I is for those who are new to pilates and for those that want to perfect their practice. This class will teach you the principles that are fundamental to the exercises.
Pilates II is for those who have mastered the principles and are ready to build on them. (prerequisite Mat I)
Pilates III is for those who have mastered the basic exercises and are ready to challenge their strength, coordination, and flexibility. This workout will leave you invigorated and with a heightened body awareness. (prerequisite Mat II)
Standing Pilates II will challenge your core while improving balance and building bone density. These advanced exercises will combine core control with limb movements to give your body a totally integrated, and highly functional, workout. (Not suitable for beginners or those with injuries to ankles, knees, hips, or spine.
Level with + means that the instructor can accommodate that level and the next level up within the same class
