Fitness/Wellness Assessment

The fitness/wellness assessment will include cardiovascular testing, body composition, blood pressure, weight, resting heart rate, muscular endurance, joint flexibility, postural assessment, and wellness assessment.

These tests will help establish a baseline fitness level or a starting point. This information will also be used to develop a specific program to meet your needs. (1-hour session)
