The Whole Body Fitness Spa has all of the popular arc barrels manufactured by STOTT including the standard arc barrel, deluxe arc barrel, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and spine supporter. These are used in private, semi-private and group classes.

Arc Barrels are designed to strengthen core muscles, align & decompress the spine, improve posture, develop balance and control. The Arc Barrels allow the instructor to modify exercises to increase or decrease challenge to meet individual clients needs.

The Spine Supporter is ideal for reducing neck tension while it stabilizes the spine for exercises on the mat and other equipment. Used frequently as an assistive tool for those with weak lower backs, to modify exercises during pregnancy, and to develop proper form for abdominal work.
