Carol Winge
Fitness Instructor
For over 20 years, Carol has been a fitness enthusiast. Indoors, she enjoys teaching floor aerobics, step, body toning, Pilates, and fusion classes that merge elements of several formats. Outdoors, she loves to swim, run, and is an avid backpacker and skier. Carol also regularly practices yoga and martial arts with her husband.
An unlikely beginning for a fitness instructor, Carol started teaching fitness in 1999, when she lived in Kathmandu, Nepal. After returning to the United States, Carol continued to teach, increasing her scope with additional trainings and certifications.
Carol is a published and working author. She also enjoys public
